Yin yoga

A series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. In a Yin Yoga class, the poses are held for up to five minutes and possibly longer.

Meditation is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal waking state. Our mediation practice consist of focusing on the breath.

In meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused. When you meditate, you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not focused on the external world or on the events taking place around you. When your mind begins to wander, we bring our attention back to our breath.
